Good to Know
A few questions clients ask first.
Every move is different, but these are useful places to begin.
Where can Katie help me Move?
Utah service areas include Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, Summit, Weber, Box Elder, Cache and Washington counties. If your move takes you elsewhere, you can still start here. A Nationwide network of trusted real estate professionals makes it possible to connect you with the right local expertise anywhere in the country.
Do I need to have my own Agent for New Construction?
Absolutely. The builder’s sales team represents the builder, not you. Having your own agent means incentives, lot premiums, contract terms, upgrades, inspections, walkthroughs and closing details are evaluated with your interests in mind from the first visit through closing. Reach out before visiting a model home so you are protected and representation can begin from the start.
What if I need to Buy and Sell at the Same Time?
When one move depends on the other, we begin by mapping your equity, financing, timing, contingencies, possession and backup options. Both transactions are then coordinated as one plan so you understand what needs to happen, when and what options you have at each step.
How can I get Started?
Lets start with a conversation about what you are considering, your ideal timing and any questions or concerns you have. Whether you are ready now or planning ahead, you will leave with a clear understanding of your options and the next step that makes sense.
Ready When You Are
Let’s talk and map out your next move.
Share what you are considering. Whether you’re buying, selling or both, building, relocating, investing or just beginning to plan. We will identify the most useful next step that makes sense for your situation. No pressure. Just a clear plan. It all starts with a conversation.
